The Trousse-Chemise is a specialty from Ile de Ré made according to the “champenoise” method, which means that it follows the production process of the Champagne. This sparkling wine perfectly fits both your aperitif and desserts.

Type of wine: white sparkling wine

Grape variety:​ Chardonnay

Beautiful and shining straw yellow colour. Nose with white flowers and dry apricots aromas. Fresh in the mouth with notes of gingerbread.

Grape varieties: Merlot, Chardonnay

Pale color half fuchsia, half apricot. Notes of brioche, slightly toasted, with red fruits aromas. Fresh mouth with notes of strawberry and grapefruits.
