Cognac

Our Cognac are born from the island vines cradled with onshore wind. They are distilated and aged here on the Ile de Ré. They are all marked by the terroir seal and they develop aromas that are more and more intense as the years go on and as they age in our cellar.

Nose of toffee pear and orange blossom aromas
Round and powerful in the mouth, slight notes of brioche.

VSOP Isle de Ré Cognac VSOP

4 years ageing in french oak barrels

Description
Blond tea colour
Aromas of crystallised citrus fruits, of orange blossom, Havane cigar and gingerbread.
Really supple mouth of fruits in brandy, currant and crème brûlée.
Nice long-lasting aromas.

Description
Amber and mahogany colour
Complexe and powerful nose with aromas of orange peel, gingerbread, blond tobacco, vanilla pod and crystallised apricot.
Molten in the mouth. Full and long on the palate. Finish with honey, blond tobacco and macerated fruits flavours that gives it a good aromatic length.
