12 months ageing in oak barrels
Intense nose of blackberry and morello cherry completed by notes of pepper, vanilla and toast. Full-bodied mouth marked by an elegant spicy finish with silk tannins.

Nose dominated by jammy blackberry and blueberry notes. Silky mouthfeel with bitter cocoa aromas, slightly iodic and spicy.

  • Desserts with chocolate (more than 60% of cocoa)

L’Ultimium L’Ultimium

Grape variety:​ Cabernet Sauvignon

18 months ageing in oak barrels
Fruity nose with vanilla notes. Fleshy in the mouth, with silky tannins, a good flavour balance: aromas of black fruits - blackcurrant and blackberry -, spicy aromas of cinnamon, blond tobacco and liquorice.

  • Food and wine pairing:
  • Grilled or marinated meat: game animal, lamb, duck, quail, beef, etc
  • Strong cheeses: Maroilles, Munster, Camembert, etc.
